Getting to Amsterdam

To start your journey to the “Enchanted Realm of Rhythm” you have to make your way to Amsterdam.

We’ve made an overview over the most common travelling options you can use to get to the realm.

 
Flying

If you’re traveling from far away realms Schiphol Airport is where you’re headed to. It has direct connections to most major European cities as well as many non-European cities.

It is also the main hub for KLM, and if you journey with them to our festival, and your AIRFARE price (excluding airport taxes, etc.) is above 140€ you can get a 10% discount. You have to book through KLM or AIRFRANCE and then follow the instructions below.

 

Amsterdam Central Station has direct train connections to many nearby major cities such as London, Berlin, Paris and Bruxelles.

Sloterdijk Station is close to the venue, and one train stop from the central station. It is also the main stop for international busses coming through the city.

If you’re not  travelling a great distance, maybe you want to join forces with other bachadventurers to share a car to Amsterdam.

We have made a Whatsapp group for this purpose, as well as finding shared accommodation.

Venue

The passageway to the “Enchanted Realm of Rhythm” can be found at CanDance Studios at Isolatorweg 28, Amsterdam.

It’s built for dancers – and that’s exactly what we need for a weekend of unforgettable bachata vibes and magic! Top-tier dance floors, perfect for workshops, socials, and more.

Easy to reach by train – Just 3 minutes walk from Isolatorweg metro station and 15 min from Sloterdijk station, making it convenient for locals and international guests.

Free Parking – No stress, just dancing there are serveral free parking spots around the area.

For the budget-conscious bachadventurer, there are several hostels around Sloterdijk Station, which is one metro stop from the venue.

Just a 1-minute walk from our festival venue, you’ll find the ibis Amsterdam City West — a modern and budget-friendly hotel designed for comfort and convenience.

Location: Transformatorweg 36, 1014 AK Amsterdam

Features: Stylish rooms, free WiFi, a 24/7 bar, and an à la carte restaurant.

Accessibility: Right next to Isolatorweg metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

Parking: Free street parking on weekends. A parking space from the hotel is available as well for a small extra fee.

Option 2:

Second closest option is a 15-minute walk from our festival venue, you’ll find the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West — a stylish and modern hotel designed for comfort and convenience.

Location: La Guardiaweg 59, 1043 DE Amsterdam

Features: Spacious rooms, a fitness center, restaurants, and even a casino within the hotel.

Accessibility: Well-connected to public transport, making it easy to explore the city.
